By accessing and using VetStats ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the Service.

VetStats provides a platform for users to:

• Search and discover VA facilities across the United States
• View ratings and reviews of VA facilities
• Submit their own ratings and reviews of VA facilities
• Access aggregated statistics about VA facility performance

To submit ratings and reviews, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

When submitting ratings and reviews, you agree to:

• Provide honest and accurate information based on your personal experience
• Not post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Not use offensive, threatening, or inappropriate language
• Not include personal information about staff or other individuals
• Not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Not submit reviews for facilities you have not personally visited

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VetStats and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

When you submit content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with operating and providing the Service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of user-submitted content
• The availability or uninterrupted operation of the Service
• The results that may be obtained from using the Service

VetStats ratings and reviews reflect individual user opinions and experiences. They should not be considered as medical advice or official assessments of VA facilities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VetStats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any other matter relating to the Service

If you believe content on the Service violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate, you can report it using the report feature available on each review. We will review reported content and take appropriate action.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
